Just as our economy is at its most vulnerable. Just when our military might is being challenged as it has never been since the cold war.

Now a feckless President has cast America's hard-won energy independence aside with both hands!

This cannot stand.

How will we achieve this? CFACT has launched a campaign which makes a simple, compelling demand which can be summed up in three simple words:

Energy Independence Now!

The action plan is simple. Here’s some highlights:

1. National television blitz: Already begun! CFACT's Marc Morano has been burning down the airwaves on Fox, Newsmax, One America News, and much more.

2. Billboard campaign: CFACT will be paying for billboard signs in various parts of the country to showcase the destructive impacts of Biden's antienergy agenda.

3. Op-ed and local radio blitz will take our campaign beyond television to radio and print media.

4. CFACT's one-of-a-kind Collegians campus outreach program will bring the “Energy Independence Now!” campaign to students to bust the left's plans to indoctrinate the next generation.

5. CFACT will use social media with a precision few can equal. Tens of millions have been engaged on Facebook. Twitter and more. Elon Musk's Twitter purchase of Twitter bodes well for online freedom.

The radicals who run Team Biden pushed America into needless energy peril based on exaggerated claims about the climate. They are also blatantly lying when they say they are not to blame for record high gas prices something the White House deceptively calls the “Putin Price Hike?”

They know better. Energy prices were on the rise well before Putin's tanks rolled across his neighbor's border.

The real blame for America's self-inflicted energy crisis rests squarely on President Biden and the radicals who came to power with him

Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline. This would have brought 800,000 barrels of oil PER DAY to the United States. At that time, the U.S. was importing 672,000 barrels per day from Russia. But Biden cut that off with no substitute in sight.

He then tapped the U.S. strategic petroleum reserve just when our national security needed it most. And now he’s looking to replace Russian oil from unsavory places. Only an idiot would believe that purchasing energy from OPEC and Venezuela are preferable to producing it at home.

And to believe that doing this will somehow lower the Earth’s temperature is pushing sheer nonsense.
